A proud Washington State University alumna, Mary Cate earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2013, quickly immersing herself in plastic surgery, aesthetics, and urgent care while advancing her education. In 2020, she completed her Doctorate at Gonzaga University, laying a solid foundation for her love of biohacking, preventative, and precision medicine.

Whitney Lilly
Whitney Lilly, MSN, FNP, brings an impressive depth of knowledge and compassion to Meadowsweet Medical. With honors from Western University of Health Sciences and over 15 years in the medical field, Whitney’s journey has been defined by a dedication to exceptional, patient-centered care. Her extensive education includes two master’s degrees—one in medicine and one in health sciences management—along with her Nurse Practitioner degree, all of which fuel her commitment to providing integrative, personalized care.
Whitney’s expertise in complex disease management and pharmaceuticals has made her a sought-after provider in the Sandpoint area, and her peers regard her as a leader in her field. She’s been invited to share her insights at regional conferences, and it’s no wonder; her fierce advocacy and passion for patient education make her an invaluable asset to Meadowsweet Medical. She is particularly recognized for her extensive knowledge of GLP-1 medications, which she’s been prescribing for a decade. This experience forms the foundation of Meadowsweet’s renowned weight loss program, carefully crafted to empower patients through customized, effective treatment plans.

Angie Kilchenstein
With over 22 years in the industry, Angie’s reputation precedes her. Known for her unparalleled skill and gentle touch, she’s the esthetician clients can’t stop talking about—and for good reason. Angie’s books stay full thanks to word-of-mouth referrals alone, a true testament to the care, attention, and transformative results she provides to each of her clients.
Angie’s passion lies in creating customized facials that go beyond skincare, incorporating point pressure massage for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. To say she has a cult-like following is an understatement; her clients consider her an essential part of their beauty and wellness routine. Whether you’re looking to revitalize your skin or simply unwind, Angie is the skincare expert you’ve been waiting to meet.
Taylor Skinner
Taylor is an invaluable part of the Meadowsweet Medical team, bringing 10 years of experience as a phlebotomist and 4 years as a pharmacy technician to her role as our Medical Assistant.
With her extensive healthcare background, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to patient care, Taylor helps keep our clinic running smoothly. She's also the one who keeps both of our providers organized, on task, and in line (which, trust us, is no small feat!).
Taylor's warm personality, strong work ethic, and ability to juggle just about anything make her an incredible asset to our team. We're so fortunate to have her!
When she's not keeping things running behind the scenes at Meadowsweet, you'll likely find Taylor enjoying the great outdoors, hiking, hunting, and making memories with her husband and son.
Hailey Callahan
Hailey is a wonderful addition to the Meadowsweet Medical team, bringing enthusiasm, a passion for aesthetics, and a genuine love for helping patients look and feel their best. As both an esthetician and a friendly face at our front desk, Hailey is dedicated to creating a welcoming, comfortable, and personalized experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Her favorite treatments include microneedling, Emsculpt NEO, Emface, and relaxing, rejuvenating facials. Hailey enjoys combining results-driven treatments with a little relaxation and self-care, helping patients feel confident and refreshed.
Outside of Meadowsweet, Hailey loves spending time outdoors, whether she's paddleboarding on the water or riding her horse.

Kylee Shifley
With 13 years of experience as an esthetician and 6 years as a medical assistant, Kylee brings a unique combination of expertise, versatility, and compassionate patient care to Meadowsweet Medical. Her extensive background in both aesthetics and clinical medicine makes her an invaluable addition to our team, allowing her to seamlessly transition between providing personalized aesthetic treatments and supporting our medical providers.
A true team player, Kylee is passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences while lending a helping hand wherever it's needed. Her favorite treatments include microneedling and customized facials, but what she finds most rewarding is watching her patients' skin transform over time. For Kylee, there's nothing more fulfilling than helping patients achieve noticeable improvements in their skin's texture, quality, and overall health. She believes that great skincare is a journey, and she loves being part of the process as patients gain confidence in their skin.
Kylee also brings fresh ideas, specialized skills, and exciting new services to Meadowsweet Medical, helping us expand our offerings and continue providing comprehensive, results-driven care.
Outside of the office, Kylee's favorite role is being a mom! You can often find her on the sidelines, cheering on her son at his many sporting events and proudly supporting him in everything he does.
